

Software and Artificial Intelligence Department
Our activities are focused on the development and integration of software and hardware components into research and industry. We can design the architecture of software and hardware solutions, which we implement into target processes using IoT devices, cloud services, and augmented reality. We were the first to receive the Microsoft Awards 2017 for a project using HoloLens.

Research
The department’s research focuses primarily on:
- Design and Application of IoT Technologies
- Use of augmented and mixed reality
- Design and implementation of artificial intelligence algorithms into processes
- Cloud solution architecture
- Development of applications for visual quality control
- Automatic sorting of glass fragments in real time with FPGA technology.
- Detection of defects in manufactured auto filters using Labview Vision.
- Development of specific applications on request
