The Institute for Nanomaterials, Advanced Technologies and Innovation (CXI) is a research center, one of the parts of the Technical University of Liberec.
With a hundred research projects solved per year, we are among the most successful research centers in the Czech Republic.
We provide research and development services in the field of nanomaterials, engineering and software solutions. We have experienced teams and unique technical equipment, which allows us to design the best solutions.

We are an internationally respected multidisciplinary center of science and research. Our mission is to transfer innovations into real life, together with our industrial partners, based on high-quality research and development. As part of TUL, we strive to develop human potential, education and prosperity of society.

We want to be among the leaders of applied research in the Czech Republic with a significant international reach, namely in innovative solutions in the field of nanotechnology, environmental protection, and the design and production of machines with the help of progressive information technologies.
