The fundamental pillar of any research institution is quality work teams. The Department of Human Resource Development ensures the professional development of existing staff and actively participates in the recruitment of new CXI staff.
Main activities
- Cooperation with the Personnel and Payroll Department of TUL in the area of personnel agenda
- Cooperation in the adaptation of new CXI employees
- Supporting the improvement and deepening of employees‘ qualifications
- Responsibility for the implementation of HR Award events
- Supporting the CXI HR department
- Collaboration in the development of guidelines and methodological materials
- Organization of employee satisfaction surveys at CXI
- Professional HR consultancy to employees and department heads
- Preparation of statistics for HR
