CXI has adopted a recruitment policy – the OTM-R Policy – based on open, transparent and merit-based recruitment. The OTM-R Policy builds on the CXI 2030 Strategy. We run a programme for recruiting new staff that supports the development of research in our departments.

To find new research colleagues, CXI uses, among other platforms, the EURAXESS portal. Our website provides candidates with the internal regulations on recruitment – the Director’s Directive on selection procedures for R&D staff, managers and other CXI TUL staff – as well as guides supporting the whole process: Guide not only for new employees and Guide to the selection and development of CXI doctoral candidates.
